That is the question. While doing my research for this blog I stumbled across something very interesting; that prayer in schools in not illegal. State sanctioned or mandatory prayer by students is illegal. So basically you cannot tell a student that it is time to pray. And I agree, we don't have to pray together, but let's remember to pray. Jesus himself said "men ought to always pray". And are we doing just that? Are we the ones who "pray without ceasing" like Paul warned? I believe if we are training up our children, when they are confronted with these issues of whether or not to pray they will in turn make the right decision.
